Meet Us

Our purpose

Our purpose is to improve the financial wellbeing of Australian women through education that empowers and connects.

Our achievements

Since 2009 we have inspired and educated more than 10,000 women throughout Australia, with a focus on reaching remote and regional communities.

91% of women that completed a 10thousandgirl program felt more motivated to achieve their financial goals and 83% of participants felt better able to plan ahead.

Our story

10thousandgirl was born in 2009 when some friends were chatting in the pub and realised that women don’t spend enough time talking about and planning their life goals and money.

Since then many amazing women have been involved and helped us reach the goal of delivering life and money programs to more than 10,000 women.

Over the last few years we’ve been super busy not only running 10thousandgirl and starting small businesses but also having babies! So now it’s time for a short break. We’re taking the next year off to enjoy our young families.

We’ll be back in June 2018 with exciting new plans!
